POSER backend readiness

This isolated backend is being prepared for testing. The app is not released here. Provider setup and authenticated end-to-end tests remain separate release gates.

Read the POSER privacy policy and current service limitations. It discloses unresolved operator/legal facts; publication is not legal clearance. Do not upload personal media until those facts and release testing are complete.
